I began coding at 14 in 2010 and quickly turned professional. By 15, I developed a Facebook app for organizing sports and games, which introduced me to development and business. This experience led to my exciting role, starting at 19, as a Co-Founder and soon CTO of Daytrip, where I built a platform for a premium service connecting local guides with travelers, making their journey from A to B a wonderful, stress-free experience. Seeking further experience, I joined a startup, Strafos, focusing on the digitalization of the private jet industry. Soon after, with my profound understanding of the tech startup ecosystem, I worked on my cloud platform for running LM algorithms. Later, I explored the corporate environment in two companies, one of them being 4Finance, where I introduced and implemented a solution that reduced development costs significantly. Known for blending technical skills with business acumen, I excel in customer engagement, KPI optimization, and user-centric solutions, which I leveraged very well in my last company, Upskill, focused on bringing the best talent to the best opportunities. My journey is marked by a passion for innovation and technology.

Upskill helps campus recruiters find and engage talent through resume feedback.
It was up to me to build the entire system from the ground up. I designed the core software architecture after a week of brainstorming with the founder and developed a beta version ready for user onboarding within my first month on the job. Following that, we have been improving the user experience, testing different business strategies using A/B testing, and incorporating AI to make users' lives easier.

Daytrip turns inter-city transfers into memorable travel experiences. Connects travelers with local drivers who will take them from one city to the next. Currently in 70+ countries across 4 continents with a network of 3,000+ drivers.
When we began working on Daytrip in 2015, the first half-year was about prototyping. After that, we were able to move forward and started developing the whole platform in Typescript, Node.js, and React.js. As we had built a solid technical base for the company, I switched to the role of team-lead of 5 developers by which time we had already been a fully English speaking company. In the middle of 2017, I took the position of CTO which was merged with my team-lead role.

SoftGate gave me an opportunity to be a part of an awesome team at the age of seventeen. This was my first experience working in a company in office means. Apart from basic HTML and CSS, I've put my hands on technologies like PHP, Javascript, and later even React.js which was in its very early stage at that time. I got a handle of WordPress and its eCommerce plugin to the point where I was able to alter it to create the wanted desk-games database - http://hrajeme.cz/.
